The Institute of Chemistry-Analytical Services Laboratory (IC-ASL) was established on November 28, 1985, during the 982nd meeting of the University of the Philippines Board of Regents, as an extension arm of the Institute of Chemistry, University of the Philippines Los Baños. IC-ASL provides analytical services, training and consultation to students and researchers in the academic, government and private institutions at a minimal cost.
